Salary Description: Up to $135,000, Plus Benefits
Skyline Psychotherapy & Assessment Services, PLLC is an evidence-based practice built on the principles of providing quality, evidence-based care to a diverse population of adults, families, and couples. We are a group of doctoral-level Clinical Psychologists who provide telehealth therapy & assessment services to clients in many states across the country.
We are looking for an Associate Clinical Psychologist to join our fun & collaborative group. This position can be full-time or part time (with option to increase to full-time) and can be held in any Psypact state, as long as the candidate has a license to practice Psychology in good standing in that state and the ability to become Psypact credentialed.
We offer competitive compensation as well as flexibility, consultation, administrative support, and financial investment in our employees' advanced training and growth as clinicians. Our practice services private-pay and high-reimbursement insurance clients. Our team meets for weekly clinical consultation and is readily available for support and collaboration. An administrative assistant provides initial client screening, insurance verification, claim submission, and troubleshooting, which allows our providers to focus on their clinical work. We are an established, passionate, and innovative practice that is dedicated to providing quality and ethical care while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance for our team.
Requirements:

A doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD, PhD)

An active clinical license to practice Psychology in good standing in a Psypact State

Psypact credential or ability to obtain Psypact credential

A strong evidence-based background working with children, adults, families, or couples

Ability to schedule at least 12 sessions/week and work one or more evenings or weekend days

Ability to pass a background check

Ideal Candidate will have:

2+ years of experience working in outpatient settings (if less, we can provide additional consultative support)

Experience working virtually via telehealth with outpatient clients

Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ExRP, EMDR, CPT for PTSD, ACT, and/or couples training in The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy or Emotionally Focused Therapy a plus

A passion for working with diverse clients, especially members of the LGBTQ+ community

Current credentialing with insurance panels (a plus, but not necessary)
